We are hiring new team members who have a passion for finding customers who want a professional to help them understand the best insurance and financial products that will save them from a financial disaster when the unexpected happens.

Responsibilities: 

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year

Schedule:  Full time and Part time

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Jonesboro, on Highway 85.
• Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. 
• I established my State Farm Agency in 2012.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
